Escape from Pompeii, Hold on tight as a leisurely boat ride through the ruins of this great city suddenly turns explosive. One rumble from the mighty mountain and the race to escape from Pompeii is on.

Griffon, Join the bravest of ride warriors and challenge yourself to the 205-foot, 90-degree, 75 mph free fall. Some say that just waiting your turn to ride Griffon® is a heart-pounding experience in itself, as you anticipate the moment of that cliffhanger drop on this tour de force roller coaster by B&M. Spectators get in on the fun, too, with thrilling vantage points and one serious soak zone kids love.

Mäch Tower, the highest ride in Busch Gardens®. It’s 240 feet of adrenaline-pulsing thrills with a view of the park and surrounding countryside you have to see to believe. That is, if you can keep your eyes open.

Verbolten, A German tourist center serves as the ride entrance and as the launching point for an autobahn touring experience. An unexpected detour launches riders into the verboten Black Forest. A lightningfast, multi-sensory dash through the dark and foreboding woods ends with a terrifying 88-foot plunge toward the Rhine River that will leave everyone breathless. Luckily, this exhilarating ride leads right back to the fun and the festivities of Oktoberfest.

Der Roto Baron, Slip your pre-school pilots into the cockpit of a World War I fighter plane and watch their spirits soar.

Grover’s Alpine Express, Join Grover on Busch Gardens’ family-friendly roller coaster inside Sesame Street Forest of Fun. This 600-foot-long coaster is 24 feet tall and just right for the little riders who are ready for their first roller coaster ride.

Land of the Dragons, Enter a whimsical little mythological land where we’ve stored up a ton of fun for our youngest Busch Gardens’ guests. Land of the Dragons® will keep your little ones entertained for as long you’d like to stay.

Li’l Clydes, Junior riders get to saddle up on one of the world-famous Clydesdales for this popular carousel style ride.

Prince Elmo’s Spire, Rise up above Sesame Street® Forest of Fun™ on Prince Elmo’s Spire and get a good look around—then grab on as you start a bouncing trip back to ground level.

Sesame Street Forest of Fun, Sesame Street® Forest of Fun™ is just for children and their families. This area features family-friendly rides and playgrounds. Kids can meet their favorite Sesame Street character and get their picture taken with them as well.

Kinder Karussel, Come and be charmed by the beauty and bounce of this antique carousel. Restored to its original condition, our Herschell Carousel lets your family choose from 36 hand-carved ponies and two double-bench chariots. Experience the same sweet breezes and fun that families have enjoyed since the earliest days of amusement park rides.

Wirbelwindchen, Let your young ones enjoy some smaller-scale soaring on this pint-sized version of a swing ride classic.

ANIMAL ATTRACTIONS:

Eagle Ridge, Make a visit to Eagle Ridge and meet some gutsy survivors. Each of our American Bald Eagles has come back from injuries that left them unable to survive on their own in the wild. Hear their inspiring stories and feel the sense of awe that travels with these iconic and majestic birds.

Highland Stables, Spend some time at Highland Stables and take part in a celebration of centuries old Scottish traditions. Interact with blackface sheep and their border collie guardians. Enjoy demonstrations of traditional herding and hunting methods. Our regal Clydesdales are waiting there to say hello, too.
